Testosterone optimization.
Most clinics only treat testosterone once it drops under 200, then ship synthetic hormone with little follow-up. TRT mills skip the bloodwork and scans entirely. That isn't care. Vessel is a real clinic: bioidentical testosterone, an onsite CLIA lab, and a DEXA scanner under one roof. We read your free T against your optimal range and track every marker, so you feel your best at any age.
Access the full GLP-1 & peptide lineup.
Compounded by a Tier-1 503A pharmacy. Prescribed and customized by a Vessel provider for you. Members can now save 10% to 20% on peptides.
Your weight-loss breakthrough.
GLP-1 — semaglutide & tirzepatide — prescribed and customized by a Vessel provider, paired with DEXA so you lose fat, not muscle.

Full Body. Reject average. Feel your best at any age.
Most annual physicals test 20–30 biomarkers. At Vessel, we evaluate 100+ biomarkers, combine them with a DEXA scan and cognitive testing, then spend 90 minutes walking you through your personalized 40+ page Vessel Blueprint. If you’re ready to move beyond sick care and optimize every system in your body, welcome to The Vessel Method.
DEXA Scan.
Why you can't trust a scale.
The scale never moved. Your body did. That is what a DEXA sees.

Repair the joint. Skip the surgery.
Non-surgical PRP, stem cell, and prolotherapy that use your body's own biology to repair joints, tendons, and injuries. Ultrasound-guided and MD-supervised, for joint pain, arthritis, and sports injuries in Boise & Meridian.
Real clinic. Real providers. Real care.
You see the same Boise & Meridian team every visit — a real provider with your number, not a 1-800 line.
Three tiers. One direction.
Every plan starts at the labs. Every plan is led by a Vessel provider. Pick the depth you want — Base, Premier, or Executive.

What services does Vessel Men's Health offer?
Vessel offers testosterone optimization, medical weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide), full body optimization with 100+ biomarker testing, DEXA body composition scanning, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine (PRP), and IV therapy and longevity services. All testing is performed in our onsite CLIA/COLA certified laboratory with same-day results.
Does Vessel offer testosterone therapy in Boise and Meridian?
Yes. Vessel Men's Health provides bioidentical testosterone optimization at both our Boise location (201 W. Broad Street) and our Meridian location (1181 S. Silverstone Way). Every protocol starts with comprehensive bloodwork including testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, and thyroid markers, all processed in our onsite CLIA-certified lab.
How much does a consultation cost at Vessel?
Initial consultations start at $49, which is applied to your care if you choose to start treatment. Vessel does not bill insurance directly, but all services are HSA and FSA eligible.
Does Vessel offer medical weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Yes. Vessel's medical weight loss program includes GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide), combined with DEXA body composition tracking, lab monitoring, and lifestyle guidance. We're the only clinic in Idaho using onsite DEXA scanning to track fat loss vs. muscle preservation during GLP-1 treatment.
What is DEXA scanning and does Vessel offer it?
DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) is the gold standard for measuring body composition. It shows your exact body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and bone density. Vessel is one of the only clinics in Idaho with an onsite DEXA scanner integrated into treatment protocols.
What makes Vessel different from other men's health clinics in Boise?
Vessel is the only men's health clinic in Idaho combining a CLIA/COLA certified onsite lab, DEXA body composition scanning, 100+ biomarker blood panel processed by nationally recognized labs, and cognitive function testing. We test same-day, so you get answers in minutes instead of waiting weeks. Our approach starts with data: we call it "Know Your Numbers."
Does Vessel have locations in Meridian, Idaho?
Yes. Vessel Men's Health operates two Treasure Valley locations: Boise at 201 W. Broad Street and Meridian at 1181 S. Silverstone Way. Both locations offer the full range of services including testosterone optimization, weight loss, DEXA scanning, and IV therapy.
Does Vessel offer peptide therapy?
Yes. Vessel offers targeted peptide protocols including BPC-157, CJC/Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, NAD+, and others. Every peptide protocol is paired with lab monitoring and DEXA tracking to measure results. We compound through Tier One accredited pharmacies.
What makes Vessel different than other men's clinics?
Everything. Vessel merges cutting-edge medical advancements with personalized care. Our environment is designed to feel more like a luxurious bourbon room than a clinical setting. Our onsite CLIA/COLA certified lab and DEXA scan allow you to see a provider, get your labs done, and start your care all on the same day — no more weeks of waiting and multiple appointments. It's not just about sick care; it's about extending how long you stay strong.
What is the difference between Normal and Optimal health?
Normal: typical ranges based on American averages — basic health that may still include symptoms. Optimal: personalized targets that maximize health, vitality, energy, and performance. At Vessel, we aim for optimal, always. Average isn't healthy. It's just average.
What can I expect on my first visit?
The Vessel method always begins with "Know Your Numbers." We start with testing to pinpoint where your problem originates. Once we have your numbers, we determine whether we can help you directly or refer you to another specialist. If we can help, most clients begin their care the same day.
Why does Vessel use bio-identical hormones versus synthetics?
Bio-identical hormones are chemically identical to what your body naturally produces, which promotes better compatibility and fewer side effects. Synthetic hormones have different molecular structures that might not be as easily recognized or processed by your body.
What is regenerative therapy?
Regenerative therapy focuses on repairing, replacing, or regenerating damaged tissues using the body's natural healing processes. At Vessel, we use advanced regenerative techniques like stem cell therapy and PRP to treat joint pain, soft tissue injuries, and certain chronic conditions.
What is the Vitality Center?
The Vitality Center is a specialized facility within Vessel dedicated to extending both your healthspan — the years you stay healthy — and your lifespan. We use advanced therapies including peptide therapy, IV infusions, and red light therapy.
Do you take insurance?
No. Vessel does not work with insurance — we provide personalized, high-quality care without the limitations insurance companies impose. We offer various payment options, and our services are HSA and FSA eligible.
Can women get care at Vessel?
Vessel was designed with men in mind, but many women have started scheduling with us too — thinking "if it's good enough for my man, I want it." If a man is working on his health, it's best for both partners to do it together. So yes — women can come to Vessel.
