These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all online interfaces, websites, mobile applications, services, and products (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Vessel Men’s Health LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company headquartered at 201 W Broad Street, Boise, ID 83702 ("Vessel Men’s Health," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform or Services.

Privacy Practices

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. As a HIPAA-covered entity, we are committed to safeguarding your data in accordance with all applicable federal and state privacy laws.

Services Provided

Vessel Men’s Health provides access to wellness and medical services, including but not limited to hormone optimization, weight loss support, peptide therapy, lab testing, diagnostics, and telehealth consultations. All medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals (“Providers”) engaged either directly by or affiliated with Vessel Men’s Health.

Not for Emergency Use

The services offered through our Platform are not intended for use during medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

No Primary Care Relationship

Vessel Men’s Health does not function as a primary care provider. We encourage you to maintain a relationship with a primary care physician (PCP). You are responsible for sharing treatment information from Vessel with your PCP or any specialist involved in your care.

Lab Orders and Prescription Policy

Providers may order laboratory tests or write prescriptions when deemed clinically appropriate. By using our services, you authorize your Provider to order labs and receive results from third-party laboratories. Prescriptions are issued only when medically indicated and are subject to the Provider’s professional discretion and applicable state and federal regulations. All prescriptions are for personal use only.

Payments, Refunds, and Insurance

Vessel Men’s Health operates on a self-pay basis. You are responsible for all fees related to services and products unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are available for services not yet rendered. Product returns are accepted within seven (7) days if unopened and in original condition. We do not file insurance claims or guarantee reimbursement. However, you may request an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance provider or use with an HSA/FSA account.

Account Security

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access to our systems, using automated bots or scrapers, or posting or transmitting any defamatory, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, videos, images, logos, and code—is the property of Vessel Men’s Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email, SMS, and through your account. You may opt out of promotional messages, but we may still send you necessary transactional or legal communications.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes or claims arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Ada County, Idaho, unless the parties agree otherwise. By accepting these Terms, you waive the right to pursue claims in court or as part of a class action. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vessel Men’s Health does not guarantee the outcome, availability, or effectiveness of any treatment or product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) in aggregate for any claims related to your use of the Platform or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vessel Men’s Health and its affiliates, Providers, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on our site.

  • By opting in, you may receive messages related to updates, offers, reminders, and information about our products, services, programs, and events. Message frequency may vary, and you can opt out at any time.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the message you receive. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@vesselmenshealth.com or by calling 208-866-1402.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
